About InFactIQ
InFactIQ was founded by a litigator, technology professionals, and a behavioral AI scientist who kept arriving at the same conclusion from different directions: the outcome of a claim shouldn’t come down to how much of the file someone had time to read.
A complex claim can generate hundreds of documents from a dozen sources, transcripts, medical records, bills, police reports, policies, demand letters. The fact that changes the outcome is rarely on its own. It’s usually the space between two documents that no one read side by side: a bill that doesn’t support the treatment claimed, a timeline that doesn’t hold up against testimony, a demand that quietly diverges from the record behind it.
That’s not a skill problem. It’s a scale problem. No adjuster, attorney, or SIU investigator can hold an entire file in their head at once, and the tools available to them were never built to either. Most claims software organizes documents. It doesn’t read them, and it doesn’t connect them.
Why we built it
We think the outcome of a claim should be determined by the evidence, not by how much of the file someone had time to read. A contradiction that changes a case shouldn’t depend on luck or timing, on whether the one document that mattered happened to get the attention it deserved.
Depositions and EUOs shouldn’t depend on memory either. The attorney or adjuster taking the testimony should walk in prepared against the entire file, not just what they could hold in their head going in.
InFactIQ exists to make the full file legible: every document read, every fact extracted, every claim checked against the evidence behind it, from first notice of loss through trial. Not a summary, and not a black box. The file itself, made usable, with every match and contradiction traced back to its exact source.
